Abstract

79 patients with cold bronchial asthma of the medium severity in the exacerbation phase are examined. There are 54 patients with cold bronchial asthma associated with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease of stage 2 + arterial hypertension (28 patients from the index group and 24 patients from the control group), 25 patients with cold bronchial asthma among them. The efficiency evaluation of 6-week treatment in 28 patients with cold bronchial asthma + chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (index group) was carried out as well as studying the dynamics of clinic-functional indices and cytokines. Patients with cold bronchial asthma + chronic obstructive pulmonary disease + arterial hypertension from the control group (n = 24) received the usual treatment. 20 patients with mixed pathology had cold analysis at the temperature of (-20 ̊С) – (-50 ̊С) at Arnoldi and comparative analysis with the results of cold analysis in patients with was carried out cold bronchial asthma at the temperature of (20 ̊С)–(-45 ̊С) at Arnoldi. The patients of the index group with mixed pathology (cold bronchial asthma + chronic obstructive pulmonary disease + arterial hypertension) received Foradil Combi, Spiriva, Singulair as well as the treatment in the physiotherapy department, therapeutic exercises. The new mothod allows stop cold bronchospasm and swelling of the bronchial mucous at the temperature of (-20 ̊С)–(-50 ̊С) at Arnoldi. The most significant therapy effect is observed at patients with mixed pathology of the index group along with the control of cold bronchial asthma + chronic obstructive pulmonary disease + arterial hypertension in 92 % of patients (in contrary with 42 % of control group patients).
