CONCEPTUAL APPROACHES TO STATE REGULATION OF STRATEGIC DEVELOPMENT OF THE REGION ABROAD

Conceptual approaches to state regulation of strategic development of the region abroad were generalized. Models of state regulation of strategic development of the region were highlighted: corporate (formation of regional investment corporations, low centralization, target-oriented approach), selective (implementation of center-periphery model of investment and innovation development of the territory, a high level of centralization, prescriptive approach) and contract (conclusion of joint contracts between the government and the regions, the average level of centralization, indicative approach).
