Abstract

The patients with cold bronchial asthma (n = 46) with the medium severity (n = 31) and severe bronchial asthma (n = 15), and patients with extrinsic asthma with essential arterial hypertension (n = 15) and 15 patients with bronchial asthma of the medium severity with pulmogenic arterial hypertension, average age 45,6 ± 2,5 y.o. The analysis of prevention measure of cold broncho-obstructive syndrome at smokers, patients with extrinsic asthma with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (stage 2) and medium hypertension (n = 22), (the average age 52,6 ± 2,3 y.o.) was carried out in comparison with the data of non-smokers with the similar mixed pathology (n = 20) aged 54,5 ± 2,2. The developed methods of pharmacologic protection from cold bronchial obstruction syndrome at patients with cold bronchial asthma, bronchial asthma with comorbid state, with mixed pathology in patients with bronchial asthma with pulmogenic arterial hypertension, involving Symbicort and Berodual; Foradil Combi + Spiriva + Singulair result in significant therapy effect and are recommended for implementation in the practice of medical and preventive treatment facilities of higher latitudes. The positive therapy effect of protection from cold bronchial obstruction syndrome at smokers is less significant. Although asthma attacks in smoking patients (as well as non-smokers) were not noticed at the 3rd cold test.
