HARMONIZATION OF THE STATE FINANCIAL POLICY ON FINANCIAL PROVISION OF AGRICULTURAL ENTERPRISES

One of the most important directions of the financial policy of agricultural enterprises of Ukraine is the formation and realization of a strategy for managing financial resources, which is designed to promote their financial security, achieve significant profit growth, minimize financial risks, and provide liquidity. Modern transformation processes in the development of agricultural enterprises make it necessary to create conditions for a harmonious combination of internal and external financing. This is possible through the implementation of the tactical and strategic direction of enterprise development, which involves the availability of diverse sources of financial provision. The most important directions of financial policy of agricultural enterprises, which should promote their financial security, are presented. The importance and possibilities of financial support in the provision of economic activity of agricultural enterprises, directions of the state financial policy concerning the effective functioning of agricultural enterprises are considered. Given recommendations on the definition of priority directions of the state policy harmonization, creation of the mechanisms of state regulation developing in the agrarian sector, the exploitation of its various forms of regulation, will further influence the sustainable development of the national economy as a whole.
