Abstract
A large number of human activities change the nature of the environment in terms of impairments caused by disruption of ecosystems. Certain number of such actions were unlawful activity. The need to take legal action in the field of environmental protection is based on an assessment of potential threats to the environment and crime against the environment, which is a serious problem which causes significant environmental damage. In the EU and in the world and in our country, the prevention of environmental protection is important for sustainable development and a healthy environment. Criminal measures to combat threats to the environment are taken at international level and at the individual country level, because each state is aware of the danger of destroying the environment and the consequences that may arise.
