Abstract
The article analyses the modern state of the feed industry and prospects for the use of side-feed products of the brewing industry, resulting from the processing of the wort of barley and malt, in particular, dried brewer's grain. The analysis of theoretical researches it is established that the world production of dry beer pellet is almost 30 million tons, of which about 3.4 million tons is produced in Europe. For every 10 tons of finished beer are formed in average 2300 kg spent grains, the total amount of which in Ukraine exceeds 440 thousand tons. At the main plant single Ukrainian Obolon Corporation (Kyiv) works plant to produce dry granules of beer pellet, the capacity of which allows to process up to 700 tonnes of raw grains a day. It is established that the main limitation of the use of dry spent grains in compound feeds for agricultural animals and poultry is its high content of non-starch polysaccharides. Due to the high level of cellulose spent grain traditionally used for feeding ruminants. Studies have shown the possibility of successful feeding of brewer's grains other agricultural animals and poultry. According to the results of theoretical and experimental research determined the chemical and mineral composition of brewer's grains. Experimental studies were carried out in the laboratory of the Department of mixed feed technology and biofuel, Odessa national Academy of food technologies, genetics, breeding and feeding of the Odessa agrarian University and LLC "agro-processing is large Mikhailovsky district of the Odessa region". In accordance with the objectives of studies, scientific and economic experience to groups of young broiler chickens of breed Cobb 500. The optimum content of the dry spent grains in compound feeds to increase their productive action at feeding of broiler chickens. The calculations of the part of the recipe of compound feed production and optimization of quality indicators is performed using the "Cormophyta". Calculations of costs of feed for the entire period of cultivation indicate that broiler chickens fed with feed containing 4% dry brewer's grains, per 1 kg of live weight gain it spent 4.3% less in comparison with those that consumed feed without dry spent grains. Structural diagram of the variants of technological processes of input and preparation dry spent grains in terms of existing enterprises feed industry, the production of feed products which are used for innovative technologies. It is established that the feeding of broiler chickens dry beer pellet in the feed mixture by mass-ing a share of 4% contributed to the increase in average daily gains of 5.6%, reduced cost of feed per 1 kg increase by 4.3%.
