Abstract

Matrix microbolometer detectors (MMBP) operating in the infrared spectral range 8-14 microns, not requiring cooling for its functioning and allow to record distant objects in the conditions of strong smoke, which is typical of accidents in coal mines during the rescue operations, are developed.
