Abstract
The problem of learning satisfaction in students is investigated. The consequences of a negative attitude towards learning are shown on: individual level, level of educational institution, and society as a whole. The concept of job satisfaction is revealed; the main socio-psychological determinants of personal learning satisfaction as a kind of social labor are investigated. The dependence of the emotional quality of education on each of the above indicated factors is considered; it is established that the main factor is motivation. Proposals to help increase learning satisfaction have been developed.
