Illegal art in public spaces

In the presented article the author reviews the possible forms of illegal art in the urban environment. The study of this issue showed the causes encouraging to do independent creative activity. The research of this question revealed a fundamental difference between concepts such as street art, art activism, art actionism. Also, author focuses through the prism of public morality and formal attributes on the controversial issue — “is it possible to refer to street unprofessional creativity as an art or not?”.
