Abstract
Bacillus subtilis (B. subtilis) are typical representatives of plant microbiota belonging to the number of plant growth stimulating bacteria (PGPB - Plant Growth Promoting Bacteria). Interest in PGPB is due to their ability to intensify the growth and development of the host plant, as well as to reduce its susceptibility to biotic and abiotic stresses [6, c. 96].
In this connection, the aim of this work was to study the influence of preseeding of B. subtilis 10-4 seeds on the parameters of pea growth processes (Pisum sativum L.) both under normal conditions and under moisture deficiency modeled by high concentrations of sucrose (16 atmospheres).
