Abstract
Branchial cleft anomalies are congenital developmental defects that typically present as soft , fluctuant mass or fistulous tract. However it can also present in some atypical form which leads to a diagnostic dilemma if failed to diagnose can lead to serious complications. We report a case of an infected Branchial cyst that progressed led to stridor in a 41 yrs male patient. We have excised the cyst . We have discussed its radiological histological features.
