Abstract
The impact of Ukrainian electricity market reform on NPC "Ukrenergo" activity is analyzed in the article. The effects of the company reorganization, including segregation of electricity transfer activities from operational dispatch management of Unified Power System of Ukraine are determined. The risks associated with this process are reviewed.
