Abstract
Communications are complicated processes, that cover several interrelated stages, each of which is important for understanding of addressee the essence of the sent message. If one ignore some rules of submitting of the information, its content may be strained or even lost. So one should choose such method of communication, which can provide the most effective and the safest exchange of information in every management situation. The subject of the research are communications in the system of organization management. The aim of the publication is to find out the role of communicative process in the organization management, to research the advantages, disadvantages and barrier of different kinds of communication. Results of the work may find its practical application in management of modern domestic enterprises and organizations. Creating of effective inner and outer communications is achieved by well-organized communicative process. Communications are that chain, which combines all elements of organization in the integral system. At the same time, communication is not limited by a simple data transmission. It must be carried out in such a way, that sent information would motivate actions of whom it was addressed. And it is possible by a condition, when both sides are sure, that solution and appropriate actions on the base of given information will improve the situation. That is why the information must be reliable, timely, complete and relevant. Requirements for information are not the same on different stages of management process. When defining goals, a great value have the amount of information, its scientific and technical novelty, completeness. In assessing the information, its structure is important, which gives an opportunity to use systematic approach to analyze the situation. When developing management solutions – its timeliness, completeness, possibility of automated processing etc. In general, we should notice, that operative exploration of gathering, processing and effective using of the information rises as a strategic task of management. From its solution depends the rapidity of finding and the actuality of adoption and implementation of management decisions. The wide using of informational technologies radically affected on the organization of communicative processes in modern society: establishing of relations became easier, the information interchange got almost instantaneous nature, the dependence on location of communicants decreased, new ways of communication, which brought closer a distance communication to direct, appeared
