Personnel certification is a new technology of competencies assessment of employees in enterprises

The theoretical study about a necessity of personnel competencies assessment based on a new technology certification was conducted. It was established that certification of personnel based on models of competence requirements is necessary for the successful operation of the enterprise. It was justified that the certificate determines the employee's compliance with the requirements as well as the gap between the necessary and existing level of competences, which is the basis for his professional development. It was established that the methodology of certification in the human resources management system requires further scientific and applied developments, as well as adaptability to modern operating conditions, which will help to increase the competitiveness of Ukrainian enterprises.
