Abstract

In the article the scientific analysis of maintenance of project of Program of creation and maintenance of workplaces is expounded in Donetsk and Luhansk areas on a period to 2017, which is sent to overcoming of the crisis phenomena, suggestions are done on her improvement and strengthening of modernisation aspect and providing of postindustrial development of these territories.
