Development of industrial enterprises and providing them with capitalization in view of institutional change

The article deals with the evaluation of the efficiency of industrial enterprises in Ukraine. During the scientific analysis the one of the main indicators of Ukrainian industry was been described and the main trends of their changes were described. Apart of this a number of problems, causing the negative trends in industrial production in Ukraine were analyzed. The problem of big enterprises’ management as well as insurance of their capitalization through the prism of institutionalism was established. The approaches to the definition of institutional change and institutional environment were summarized and their mechanisms were described. The role of enterprises in the institutional process is substantiated. Moreover, the main threats of industrial institutional functioning of enterprises were distinguished. The state and public barriers to development and capitalization of industrial enterprises were determined. The basic directions of the interdependence of institutions and economic development were singled out. The necessity of finding some new directions and paradigms of development of industrial enterprises in Ukraine in the face of uncertainty and adaptation to the institutional environment was substantiated. What is more, the most available approaches to defining the essence of company’s capitalization were described. The list of initiators which are interested in capitalization’s increasing and with that in the increasing of a company competitiveness was been proved. The concept of capitalization management and stabilization of the economic activities of industrial enterprises, including the mechanisms, methods and tools of management in terms of institutional change was offered. Recommendations on the main directions of development of the enterprises and ensure capitalization were given.
