Theoretical Aspects of People-centered Development

In order to justify the ways of further development of civilizational Russian and Ukrainian companies, the author uses the formational approach, improving its introduction of analytical techniques formational-tion branch, which allowed to identify and predict the shape of the future of world civilization, including Russia and Ukraine, a socially oriented formation, which should represent a state constitutional democracy with a social orientation of the civil society and the social market economy. To go to this formation requires reformatting the class structure of society, highlighting as the main subject of the direct authority in the country of manufacturer-tion class, which is in the modern society, 90 - 95% of the population.
