Abstract
A public policy, directed on rendering an assistance to development of entrepre-neurial activity, was the last years moved to the regional level, that on the level of three regions: Brussels, Vallonii and Flandrii. Its primary objective is a grant the regions of autonomy on all more wide circle of questions, including foreign economic activity.
