Abstract
The article reviews the main trends and prospects of oilseeds in the scale of the country and the world, the basic laws of oil industry in Ukraine are considered. organizational and production structure of oil and fat industry of Ukraine are investigated. The effectiveness of the whole industry depends on the economic efficiency of enterprises for the production and processing of oilseeds. The article examines indicators of economic efficiency of growing oilseeds, changes in prices and volumes of oilseeds in Ukraine.
