Abstract
In this study it is aimed to investigate the relationships between technological leadership of school administrators and student-teacher interaction in social media according to views of teachers working at the secondary schools. The sample of the stuy consist of 324 teachers working in Kırıkkale. In the study, “Technological Leadership roles of School Admınıstrators Scale” and Social Media Student-Teacher Interactıon Scale” were used to gather data. The data was analyzed by using Pearson Product-Moment Correlation Coefficient, Multiple Regression Analysis, t-test and ANOVA. The results of the study indicate that there are negative and significant relationships between technological leadership of school administrators and traditional teacher roles. According to study results, it is recommended that, the social media using skills should be identify as a vocational qualification for the school administrators and the necessary actions should be taken to make use of the cabacity of social media for the education processess.
