Abstract
In the conditions of the current political situation, which results in internal forced migration processes, the necessity of creation of proper conditions for living, employment of forced migrants. The subject of the research is the employment of INTERNAL TRANSFERRED PERSONS (ITP). The purpose of the article is to develop practical recommendations aimed at improving the mechanism of employment of ITP in the new environment. For this purpose, the analysis of statistical data and researches of scientists in the field of this problem was used. The author investigated the main problems in the field of employment of ITP in the above groups, and also recommended solutions to these problems. The result is the practical application of the proposed solutions in the article, which will facilitate the adaptation of ITP in the new environment.
