Abstract
The service sector develops differently in different markets, because it is quite versatile and extensive, and the classification of services allows specifying the set of species and subspecies. This, in turn, determines the problem is not only the development of services on the principles of socially oriented concepts, including marketing, but also the complexity of innovation. The purpose of the research topic lies in the fact that on the basis of the theoretical importance of the problem approach to the understanding of the relevance and necessity of introducing innovations in the activities of local companies, which will bring them to a more modern and competitive position
