Abstract
In real estate investing construction contract is an agreement entered into between two or more parties. These legal relations are aimed at the realization of the construction of the joint efforts with the help of investment. Participant on the one hand is a legal entity, which is called the developer or the customer, on the other hand can act natural or legal persons, various association or group of persons that will be investors.
