Abstract
Economic indexes finds wide practical application in the analysis of the housing market, but they have weaknesses, resulting in the distortion of price assessments of market processes. To improve the quality of calculations in the article invited weights using the typical structure of real estate market proposals, on the basis of housing density for the districts of the city.
