INVESTMENT POLICY VOLGOGRAD REGION AND CHARACTERISTICS OF HUMAN CAPITAL LABOUR MARKET IN THE REGION

Potential implementation of human capital, which is a resource for the regional economy and determines the state of the labor market of the RF subject, is important in terms of its formation and the use of sufficiently high productivity and positive effects for business and society with the economic and social position. Presented in the article the result of studies of the investment policy of the Volgograd region, and the prospects that open before the human resources that determine the age, skill composition of human capital at the disposal of business and the state, is of practical importance, and can be taken into account in the development of recommendations to improve the efficiency of the use of human potential as the investment resources with a high level of efficiency and effectiveness.
