EXPERT EVALUATION OF THE OUTPUT CONTROL SYSTEM OF RESEARCH PUBLICATIONS

This article discusses the system for storage and control of the output of scientific publications. Particular attention is drawn to the method of identifying the authors. The author aims to analyze accounting systems of scientific publications, which provide the ability to search and opinion articles are assigned several citation indexes. The analysis of quality systems performed by the author of the proposed criteria, using analytical hierarchical Saaty procedure.
