Abstract

The crossing of cows of red steppe and black-motley breeds with bulls black motley Holstein breed contributes to the crossbred bulls, which are characterized by high meat productivity-ness and quality of the meat. More appreciated when tasting got the meat and the broth crossbred animals of the second generation.
