Abstract
When the crossing of cows of red steppe breed with the Holstein bulls, the resulting offspring increases milk yield and milk quality. Crossbred cows of both the first and second generations are characterized by a more pronounced dairy type conformation. It is proved that with the increase of krovnosti to 75% by improving the breed of Holstein red steppe of the second generation hybrids studied, the signs have a tendency to increase.
