THE PROBLEMS OF INCREASING THE EFFICIENCY OF THE SETTLEMENT SYSTEM OF ENERGY SALES COMPANIES

Within the framework of this article, current problems of non-payments and growth of accounts receivable for consumed electricity (capacity) are considered. Given the role of the electric power industry in the country's economy and the scale of the implementation of energy sales activities, the lack of timely cash inflows jeopardizes the effective functioning of the energy system and requires legislative regulation of problems of insolvency of consumers.
