THE DEVELOPMENT OF NON-STANDARD EMPLOYMENT IN CONTEMPORARY RUSSIA

The formation of flexible labor market is accompanied by the proliferation of non-standard forms of employment. Not all of them are new, progressive and contribute to the creation of an innovative economy. The article provides a classification of non-standard employment from the point of view of rational use of working time, identified the advantages and disadvantages of each of them.
