The notion of employment as a totality of economic and social relations related to the provision of able-bodied citizens jobs and their participation in economic activities. Were also analyzed in detail the powers of local authorities in solving problems related to employment. Identifies and analyzes the problems of employment regulation at the local level, which are currently very topical due to the fact that in our country legal regulation of questions of employment of the population belongs to the sphere of Federal and regional management".
