THE UNOFFICIAL PART OF THE PROVINCIAL STATEMENTS IS A PRINTED ORGAN OF THE REGIONAL STATISTICAL SERVICES (BASED ON THE MATERIALS OF WESTERN SIBERIA OF THE SECOND HALF OF THE 19TH CENTURY)

The article analyzes the unofficial part of the provincial statements, containing a unique material, formed and presented by employees of regional statistical agencies. Having a wide range of information, the statistical committees made attempts to make them open to all interested parties. This material was most often printed by the secretaries of committees, which makes it possible to see and analyze certain directions of "compulsory" and "non-compulsory" works from the inside.
