Abstract

The article considers the main issues of the formation of destructive motives in the personality structure of the employees. Dedicated individual psychological characteristics of the prison staff affecting this phenomenon.It summarizes the conclusion that the formation of destructive motives in the structure of the personality of the employee UIS is influenced by such individual-psychological characteristics of personality, like aggressiveness, rigidnosti, conflict, anxiety, sensitivity.
