Abstract
At this stage of the development of society, the most important tools that ensure the stability of the enterprise and increase its competitiveness are vocational training and the level of education of personnel. The ability, willingness and willingness of employees to learn faster than competitors is a reliable factor that contributes to the effectiveness of the firm in the labor market, goods and services. The purpose of this work was to examine the theoretical basis for training qualified personnel at enterprises, as well as to study the peculiarities of professional education of cadres today. The results of the study showed the presence of certain problems related to the human factor. For example, the reluctance of employees to receive training and improve their skills. The main problem is still the illiterate organization and conduct of vocational training. However, modern economic conditions force businessmen to use all possible ways to improve the skills of their staff.
