Abstract
The article is devoted to the modeling of the capital structure of JSC "Gazprom". The determinants of capital structure have been identified, their correlation analysis has been carried out, and on the basis of the data obtained, the corporation's equation of the capital structure is compiled. Also, the article proves the quality of the compiled model.
