Abstract
This article examines the influence of yoga on emotional and metal tension. Recently, more and more talk about some of the properties of the brain, which are directly related to our attitude to the external environment and around people, as well as the fact that, as a rule, provokes tension or relaxation in us. Yoga, in turn, helps not only the body, but also the mind.
