Abstract

In the age structure of populations of the sheep trematode Fasciola hepatica is recorded with the maximum indicators of extensiveness in ewes and rams, which indicates the dominant role of adults in education centers. The most polluted places trematodes were pastures around irrigation systems (84,0% polluted soil samples), the valley-land beyond the river near natural water sources (73.5% of the contaminated soil samples), lesomaterialy forb pastures for continued shelter belts (60.0% of soil samples). Studies have found that was the least contaminated eggs Fasciola hepatica raznotrave-meadow pastures (35.0% of the soil samples) and cultural pasture of a mixture of Sudan grass and clover (12,0% of the contaminated soil samples). In the sample, based on 1G of the soil was detected trematodes eggs in an average of 113.26,0 copies, i.e. 2.4 times more than in the faeces (average of 47.33,4 copies in 1 g feces), indicating that the accumulation of viable eggs in the habitats.
