Abstract
The article is devoted to the consideration of foreign experience in creating effective incentive schemes for workers. The experience of stimulating workers in such countries of Europe as England, France, Germany, as well as in the USA and Japan is considered. In this article, the influence of the correlation between the economic and social elements of the system is revealed. The study of foreign experience led to the conclusion that the mentality of the nation at the macro level and the company's system of values at the micro level play a big role in the formation of the incentive system.
