PERFECTION OF THE ORGANIZATION OF CROSS-CULTURAL INTERACTION OF YOUTH OF THE NATIONAL UNIVERSITY OF BELSU

When organizing cross-cultural interaction, it is necessary to take into account all cultures and create a space that will be able to take all the specifics of cultures. Intercultural interaction gives impetus to the student environment for the development and formation of new cultural values ​​of society. The problem of cross-cultural interaction lies in the conflict space of the university, the unwillingness of young people to enter into a dialogue of culture, placing their culture above all others. The aim of the work is to create a mechanism to improve the organization of the cross-cultural space in the National Research University "BelGU".
