RESPONSIBILITY AND EFFICIENCY OF ACTIVITIES OF THE MINISTRY OF NATURE MANAGEMENT AND ECOLOGY OF BASHKORTOSTAN REPUBLIC AND THEIR OFFICIALS

Republic of Bashkortostan remains socio-economically developing region. Policy is implemented by the Executive bodies of state power of the Republic of Bashkortostan, by taking into account priorities in the preparation of legal acts, as well as through the development, adoption and implementation of the established order program. Since in the course of enforcement and constant monitoring of the current legislation identifies conflicts and gaps of the law, as well as imperfect legal provisions, there is a need for appropriate changes in legislation.
