THE DEVELOPMENT OF ARTISTIC AND CREATIVE ABILITIES OF PRESCHOOL CHILDREN IN ARTISTIC ACTIVITIES

In this article, the theoretical and methodological aspect of the development of artistic and creative abilities of children of senior preschool age in the visual arts is studied. The author considers the concept of "ability" in the aspect of psychological approaches to his essence, the term "artistic and creative abilities" is defined. Also, the place of development of the artistic and creative abilities of children within the educational standard has been determined. The polyfunctionality of art and its role in the development of the personality, including abilities, are indicated. Structural components of artistic and creative abilities of graphic activity are shown. Modern methods and methods for developing the artistic and creative abilities of children of the senior preschool age in visual activity are presented.
