THE NATURE AND THE EMPIRICAL BASIS OF NEW RUSSIAN NATION: THEORY AND REALITY

This article represents the analysis of basis for new Russian identity within Sayano-Altay inhabitants. Social and cultural identity of ex-Soviet people lost its primal features and obtained rather constructive ones. These new features do not interrupt new civil and political identity creation and a civil nation in post-Soviet Russia forming in future.
