Development and prospects for public - private partnership in the field of health in the Irkutsk region

In this paper the concept and types of public private partnership. It emphasizes the relevance of the topic in the realities of modern economic and social situation in the region and the country. Obtained types of PPP, is actively developing in Russia as a whole and separate regions - Irkutsk region. The main purpose is to analyze the use of PPP in the Irkutsk region in the field of public health, on the example of the already implemented projects. The article also highlights the difficulties of implementation of PPP projects in our time. Also reviewed the assumptions about the development of the sphere of partnership between the state and the private partner in the future.
