Creating a project office as a tool to implement innovative projects

Increase in the number of projects implemented in modern companies, including at the same time, it stimulates the search for new management solutions. Widespread forms of organizational structures - functional, divisional, matrix, and even design - can not cope with the simultaneous implementation of the operations and management of parallel projects emerging companies. A new format of project management - and a separate management structure, which is called the Project Office. The main objectives of the project office and some features of its operation are presented in this study.
