New Development Vector of Irkutsk Region: The Economic Cluster of Agriculture for Pharmaceutical Industry

Many regions of the country are bound to search for new possibility vectors in business development for tax base increase and new jobs creation. Various economic clusters operate in Russia such as industrial manufacture, agriculture and others. Each cluster has its own competition with numerous competitors. Moreover, different industries which are explicitly distinguished into economic clusters compete with each other for governmental support.
