The main directions of the budget policy of the republic of Buryatia for 2017 – 2019

The article describes the main directions of the budget policy of the Republic of Buryatia in 2017 and the planning period of 2018 and 2019 in modern conditions of economic recession and declining revenue base, and identifies the problems in the sphere of interbudgetary relations and the ways of their solution in conditions of limited financial resources. The directions of work for improving the quality of financial management of the budget process, the need to strengthen the work with the revenue side of the budget are considered.
