Abstract
Now, in the conditions of tough competition in the trade sphere, the existence of an effective loyalty program is an integral attribute of the successful operation of any organization. In this article, the concept of a loyalty program is considered, and the goals of its implementation are identified. Also the classification of loyalty program types as well as their advantages and disadvantages of application in the sphere of trade are introduced.
