Peculiarities of construction and interaction of the innovative project team

Innovation is an integral element of economic development in the 21st century. The development and implementation of innovations is carried out both in large companies and independently through the creation of project teams. The purpose of this article is to study and describe the features of creating an innovative project team. The article describes the basic concepts and aspects of building a project team. The barriers and limits of the team`s effectiveness are listed. The author of the article, also, presents the main roles and functions of the team members in the innovation project. In addition, this article describes recommendations on the construction and management of an innovative project team to achieve greater effectiveness.
