Abstract
Development of zero energy building concept all over the world, keeps growing with rapid hike in emission of harmful pollutants executing a building structure emitting zero energy increases the probability of achieving effective sustainability. This can be attained through a proper simulated structure using building information modelling software. This paper reports the emission rate of existing structure through BIM software and Revit analysis. Entire plan of the building and elevation was the building and elevation was collected and promoted as input for carrying out the analysis. The paper reports the carbon emission and annual wind rose diagram of the structure along the emitted energy levels depicted graphically. Suitable efficient measure is discussed to enhance the sustainability of the building under consideration. This study proves to be effective tool for analysing the sustainability of the building and minimizing measure emission rate of carbon, thereby improving the feasibility of the surrounding environment
