Abstract
The data on influence of food technology in educational institutions of Stavropol city on such indicators of physical development as growth and the body build (the Pignier index) of school students of 11-14 years are presented in article. The information on the carried-out comparative assessment of an indicator of body height and the body build of school students of the I group (modern technologies of cooking with use of the convection steamer are used) and school students of the II group is submitted (traditional technologies of preparation are used).
